Short posts about product changes, new modules, integrations and what we see while implementing the system in real companies. We write when there is something to say – not on a calendar.

In September we split the site into pages; in October we redesigned how it looks. The site now looks like the PDVS application itself, and the path from a first visit to pricing and a demo is shorter.
We are launching getpdvs.com – an English-language PDVS site for customers outside Lithuania. International distribution will start in Asia, and the first stop is Singapore.
A file named “Procedure_v3_FINAL_new.docx” does not tell an employee whether it contains the current rules. Managing procedures, reviews, and versions in one system reduces the need to search file names and emails for answers.
An ERP or accounting system does not always cover employee requests, document approvals, and other internal processes. PDVS offers integrators technical interfaces and a clear partnership path.
When requests are approved by email, data is stored in Excel, and procedures have several final versions, the decision history becomes fragmented. PDVS brings these processes together on one platform.
Every module now has its own page with the process flow, there is a public price list with a calculator, and from today – a news section and a release history.
The best next step is a short demo built around a process and roles you choose. That way we show not theoretical features but the concrete flow between an employee, a manager and the responsible department.
