What is currently being developed or tested. Content and timing may change.
Added2
- AI assistant, stage 2: streamed replies, file upload as a training-course source, knowledge-base topics for assets, purchasing and vehicles, budget warnings for administrators.
- Dokobit e-signature: the connector is in development and not yet tested in the provider's test environment; until then signed documents are uploaded manually or signed with the internal signature.
Changed1
- Purchasing: the position flags "May make direct purchases" and "May approve purchase requisitions" and the cancel action for price requests are being clarified.
Version 2.5.0Current
Internal messages with attachments, paternity and childcare leave under the Labour Code, schedule comparison with actual working time and a more reliable employee data import.
Added5
- Messages: internal messaging inside the system – conversations with the manager, HR and subordinates, broadcasts to all employees or one's own subordinates with read statistics, an unread badge in the menu; no e-mails are sent and nobody can read other people's conversations.
- Message attachments: a photo or PDF can be attached to a message (up to 5 files of 10 MB each), large photos get a preview, and only the participants of the conversation can open the attachment.
- Paternity leave and childcare leave (Labour Code art. 133 and 134) as separate request types: the child is chosen from the employee record, 30 calendar days in up to two parts until the first birthday, a non-transferable 62-day part until 18 months, 14 days' notice, counted in calendar days including public holidays; old templates are migrated automatically.
- Work schedule → "Compare with actual": a PDF timesheet for managers where each employee's planned row is followed by actual working time from Worksober or BioStar, shortfalls are highlighted and only days up to today are compared.
- Trip sheets: on a fuel-purchase day a trip is generated even on a weekend or public holiday, and the sheet cannot be submitted while such a day has no trip; the fuel statement import gained a Neste profile (litres and kWh).
Changed4
- Employees → "Import additional data": a preview is shown before writing – what changes from what, what will not change and why; data is written only after confirming that same preview.
- Vehicle record: rental and leasing fields appear only for the matching ownership type, and the department follows the responsible person.
- Job description PDF: the header shows the first approving manager as "Prepared by" and the director with the company title as "Approved by".
- Annual leave: a single-parent flag in the employee record grants 25 working days (Labour Code art. 126(3)); targeted leave is not interrupted by sick leave.
Fixed3
- Actual time in the schedule: the last pass through an internal door inside the window is no longer treated as leaving, night-shift departure is taken from the next day, and the attendance status no longer breaks when arrival is manual and departure comes from BioStar.
- A split parent day with times registered by HR no longer returns a 500 error.
- "Leave schedule": when data fails to load an error message is shown instead of an empty table.
Version 2.4.0
The business-trip module was rebuilt from the request to the expense report: per diems under the current regulations, payments in Finance, an analytical report, legal compliance and a new user guide.
Added8
- Business-trip request is filed under "Other requests" and approved only in the approval centre (manager → director); on approval the request is registered in the DMS and the order is created and registered automatically.
- Per diems are calculated on the server under Government Resolution No. 526 (as of 2026-10-01): departure and return days, several countries, a one-day trip in Lithuania, reduction limits under Resolution No. 518; a catalogue of official rates for 150 countries with validity history.
- Advance and per-diem payment – "Finance → Payments", due on the last working day before the trip; expense report with expenses from the advance, company card or personal funds, approved by the manager and accounting, PDF registered in the DMS; ECB rate for foreign-currency expenses.
- Extension and change with an amending order, attachments (tickets, invitations), comments, a "Not working on those days" card, overlap checks, a company car from the Fleet register with an availability check.
- Business-trip report: how often and where people travelled by department, employee, purpose and country, monthly costs with the change from the previous period, overdue expense reports and unpaid payments, multi-sheet Excel.
- Legal compliance: the employee's consent to travel (Occupational Safety and Health Law art. 37(8)), posting to the EU / EEA with A1 certificate and notification tasks, rest and compensation for travel and work hours on rest days (Labour Code art. 107(4), 144), information for the employee for trips longer than 28 days (art. 107(6)), backdated approval only with a reason.
- Rights via positions: "May file a business-trip request" and "Sees business-trip expenses".
- "My information" → copy of personal data: a view and a JSON file under GDPR art. 15 – up to 36 sections from personal data to training.
Changed4
- "All requests": a manager sees the requests of their subordinates (the whole chain, in any department) rather than the whole department; "Cancel" and "Partial" appear only where the server allows the action.
- The cancellation order is approved by the director; cancelling an approved trip requires a reason, which goes into the order; the order list shows kind and status.
- The employee can change the "I agree / I do not agree to travel" decision until the director approves the request.
- The business-trip user guide was updated (63 pages, 57 figures).
Fixed3
- Cancelling a business-trip order no longer returns a 500 error for the employee; "Add expense" no longer returns 404 between the manager's and the director's decisions; escalation and the daily reminder finally count business trips.
- When a trip is cancelled the overwritten schedule shifts are restored, an empty request is no longer saved, and Vikarina is called only through the integration queue.
- The personal-data-copy link in "My information" was covered by the tab bar, and the file lacked requests, business trips, assets and training.
Security1
- Business-trip records cannot be deleted together with the employee, receipts and attachments carry checksums, closed expense reports cannot be changed by anyone, and the retention period is at least 3 years.
Removed1
- "New business trip" and "New order" – records and orders are created only from approved requests.
Version 2.3.0
An AI assistant with a knowledge base and the user's own data, one request-status logic across all screens, and security fixes for schedule data.
Added3
- AI assistant: a conversation about how the system works – 27 knowledge-base topics written from the code, live settings values (leave rules, SLA deadlines, templates) and training-course draft generation for review; daily limits, a monthly budget, a conversation retention period and a privacy notice.
- Provider choice: Azure OpenAI in an EU region or the company's local model (vLLM / Ollama, Chat Completions or Responses API) – requests never leave the company network.
- Assistant and personal data: when asked, it reports the user's own leave balance, work schedule, request statuses and pending work; it never discloses other employees' data, and the administrator can switch the feature off.
Changed6
- "My requests", "All requests" and the document register share one status logic for all request types: "Cancelled", "Rejected", "Returned for revision" and "Approved" mean the same everywhere.
- The leave-balance "Updated" date is the same on the Home page, in the request form, in "My information" and in the kiosk.
- Managers and approvers who open a schedule month without a version no longer create one by accident – only HR creates versions.
- The side menu, "Role permissions" and "System pages" are kept in sync through one page registry.
- "Forgot your password?" finds the account by any e-mail address in the employee record and sends the message immediately.
- In request documents the position is written in lower case and the signature card is titled "Internal signature of the filer".
Fixed2
- The kiosk leave form in Lithuanian broke on a balance with a decimal comma; the leave-day calculator lost the last day of the period around the daylight-saving change.
- The Home card "Requests this month" showed 0 on MariaDB, date filters for other requests did not work, and withdrawing a business-trip order returned a 500 error.
Security2
- The schedule data API checks the page permission and department scope – previously any signed-in user could obtain every employee's schedule, attendance and sick-leave codes.
- In the "Leave schedule" colleagues' balances are shown only to those who manage the department; data, PDF, export and import endpoints without the page permission return 403.
Version 2.2.0
Employment module rework, GDPR and Labour Code compliance, a task board, asset deeds in the DMS, and fixes for the critical and high findings of the second code review.
Added7
- Employment contracts: a record with the terms in force and the change history, a change builder "Term | Now | New value", automatic application of changes when they take effect, the Labour Code art. 44 annex in the contract PDF, DOCX templates for amendments and terminations, reminders for expiring fixed-term contracts.
- Onboarding: rules by position and department (blocking steps, mentor, deadline), a process card from candidate acceptance to completion, steps "Sodra 1-SD", "Documents before the start", "Introductory safety briefing", "Probation review"; hiring cannot be completed without a valid health certificate.
- Internal e-signature for contracts, amendments and terminations with a signing protocol and password re-confirmation (off by default, enabled per document type).
- GDPR for candidates and employees: notification instead of consent, a separate consent for future recruitment, retention periods per candidate and anonymisation of former employees' files (deletion off by default), a data extract, reference checks only after notification or with consent, audit-log cleanup.
- Terminations under the Labour Code: grounds under art. 54–58, 61, 69, a suggested minimum notice period and severance by ground, initiatives (agreement, employer decision, employee statement), "Sodra 2-SD" and final settlement items in the offboarding checklist.
- Tasks: a modal from the list and the board, a Kanban board with drag and drop, "Mine / Created by me / All" views, taking over a queue task, comments and attachments, automatic refresh.
- Assets: handover, return and write-off deeds are registered in the DMS, substitution when approving deeds, SLA deadlines and reminders, the "Assets" tab in the employee record, the "Asset management" audit category.
Changed3
- Asset approvals only through "Approvals" (the separate page and duplicate badges were removed); asset notifications go through the notification centre in the recipient's language.
- Task visibility: only the director sees all tasks, others see their own, the ones they created and their role queue; creation follows the scope (manager – subordinates, HR – the company).
- The employment approver is chosen from a searchable list instead of typing an ID; management sees employment documents read-only.
Fixed6
- Reopening a recruitment no longer anonymises live candidates; candidate anonymisation also clears questionnaire data; the timesheet is sent to Vikarina only from the approved schedule version.
- Only the assigned manager, their substitute or a manager within their own reporting line can cancel, return or reject a request – not any manager, and never their own request.
- Partial cancellation for an employee on summarised working time returns the right number of days; paid holiday pay stays in the report with a "needs correction" mark when the leave is cancelled.
- The employee's "Cancel request" marks the request cancelled instead of deleting it together with its log.
- Changing a position within the same department no longer clears group memberships; when a supplier changes the price of the selected offer the selection is removed and the buyer is warned; cancelling a requisition during approval closes its steps and tasks.
- DMS acknowledgement campaigns include employees on probation, and newcomers are enrolled automatically.
Security2
- The "All requests", Worksober and employee-record JSON endpoints check the page permission and scope: a manager no longer receives salary, personal code and document numbers via the API, and sees breathalyser results only within their own scope.
- Successful access to contract PDFs and employee documents is written to the audit log; backup files no longer end up in the repository.
Version 2.1.0
Parent days under the Labour Code, manager substitution during leave, automatic cancellation of unapproved requests, bound tasks and a uniform e-mail format.
Added8
- Parent days (Labour Code art. 138(3)): a limit by number of children, age and disability, one day – one request, a split day, HR registration, reminders about the expiry of a child's disability certificate.
- Manager substitution during leave: when a manager files a request with a substitute, request and purchasing delegations are created automatically for the leave dates and work only once approved; the substitute approves the team's requests.
- Automatic cancellation: a leave request not approved by the end of its start day is cancelled overnight with a log entry; on the last working day before the start the manager, HR and the employee are warned.
- Bound tasks: tasks created by modules (DMS acknowledgement, evaluations, purchasing, onboarding) are closed only by the completed action and can no longer be ticked manually; a reconciliation command fixes historical ones.
- "Other requests": an "HR only" chain without the manager step, a new-request page like the leave request, system variables in the template wizard.
- Company structure → "Print": an A3 PDF by position hierarchy with a signature table for the director and top-level managers.
- Finance → Payments: export of holiday-pay payments to the Outlook calendar; a setting for how many working days before the leave "Pay before the leave" can be chosen.
- A reply to a "returned for revision" comment: when resubmitting, the employee can answer, and the manager sees both the question and the answer in the centre, the record and the e-mail.
Changed7
- A uniform e-mail format across all modules – header, action button and footer from one template.
- Staffing-need (recruitment) scope: a manager creates recruitments only for their own departments and subordinate positions; a demo candidate seed.
- A position can have "None" as the substitute – then the substitute is optional in the leave request; for paper requests HR chooses the approving manager.
- The "On leave" report: colours by status (approved, pending, overlapping), unpaid free time is not shown.
- Sick leave imported from Sodra is no longer a request: no PDF, not shown among leave or in the Home "Latest requests".
- Times in lists and the API are shown in local time (previously "All requests" showed a time 2–3 hours earlier than the record).
- Training terminology unified (the Lithuanian term for a certificate is now used everywhere); the Vikarina employee import was refined.
Fixed1
- When an employee picks their own manager as the substitute, the manager stays the approver and approves separately – the request no longer travels upward.
Version 2.0.0
The first release under the PDVS name: new Training and Fleet management modules, 129 of 140 findings from a systematic code review fixed, 3,490 automated tests.
Added3
- Training management: courses with content blocks, versions and publishing, knowledge tests, assignments to employees and departments, training plans by position, exemptions, external training, periodic renewal, certificates, "My training", team training for managers, surveys, reports and reminders.
- Fleet management: a vehicle register (drivers, mileage, insurance, roadworthiness tests, documents), trip sheets with a daily-trip generator, fuel and mileage calculations, approval through accounting and registration in the DMS, PDF and Excel; fuel cards and statement import; insurance incidents with a claim file; reminders.
- The system is now called PDVS everywhere (previously GVS / PVS).
Fixed8
- Editing a request template no longer deletes the data of submitted requests; cancelling approved leave no longer deletes paid holiday-pay records; the balance import can no longer update the wrong employee's balance.
- A rejected candidate can no longer accept an offer; a cancelled contract, amendment or termination can no longer "come back to life" by signing; an approver can no longer approve a draft document.
- Editing an employee no longer clears 7 record fields; the "Probation" status is no longer shown as "Dismissed" and such employees no longer disappear from the structure and the appraisal.
- Schedule versions and approval – per department, only the approved department's data goes to Vikarina; auto-fill no longer fills public holidays.
- Purchasing: "Mark as ordered" no longer marks every line, the "Unreliable" supplier status blocks purchases, supplier reminders are no longer repeated daily; assets: a partial transfer no longer marks the whole deed "Returned".
- Cancelling a business-trip request no longer deletes it; "All requests" shows business trips within the scope; the contract DOCX is converted to PDF without MS Word (LibreOffice).
- The automatic BioStar quarantine no longer runs when the integration is disabled, and a disabled Worksober is no longer called every second.
- More than 100 smaller fixes: texts and translations, menu visibility by permission, SLA rules, substitution scope, BioStar and Worksober settings.
Security2
- Two-factor code attempts are rate-limited; the import password is no longer fixed or written into the page source; the audit-log IP can no longer be spoofed; sign-in geolocation no longer sends users' IPs to an external service; locked accounts can be unlocked in the interface.
- Candidate anonymisation is complete, the public application consent is saved, pages without a permission check now have one, and backups also include files.
Removed1
- "Request catalogue" – standard requests are managed through HR templates and "Other requests".
