Integrations cut double data entry and let actions happen where they naturally belong – in Outlook, Teams, e-signature, payroll, access control or other systems. PDVS becomes the process hub that does not isolate the company's other systems.

Teams interviews and Outlook invitations from recruitment; purchasing RFQs sent from the user's mailbox.
The qualified e-signature connector (Dokobit) is built but not yet tested against a live account, so we do not promise it yet. Today employment documents can be signed with the internal e-signature (when enabled) or an already signed file can be uploaded.
Employees, approved absences and the timesheet passed to the Vikarina payroll system. Connectors to other accounting systems are assessed individually.
Access events (time, door, device) synchronised at a set interval and attendance marks in the schedule; biometric templates are not transferred to PDVS.
Sobriety check results synchronised with employee records.
An in-system AI assistant (knowledge base, the user's own balance and schedule, training course drafts), candidate CV and trip receipt reading, help drafting RFQ text. Provider – Azure OpenAI, OpenAI or a local company model.
System notifications, OTP and approval e-mails in your company's visual style.
Connections to other systems are assessed individually per project; we do not currently offer a public API or outgoing webhooks.
